Imagine an American barbecue burger, Italian spaghetti bolognaise or traditional Mexican chilli… but with ’No Meat Inside’. Just as delicious and in keeping with a diet that deliberately includes less meat.
We think that as a meat lover, you don’t have to miss out on anything if you don’t eat meat for a day. The Blue Butcher is a meat alternative that is almost indistinguishable from real meat in terms of taste, appearance and texture. We make our products available to everyone who values variety and taste. And who likes to choose a recognisable meat substitute product, while striving for a price that is comparable to that of traditional meat.
FiberFort™ is a unique basic raw material for several chicken meat alternatives. Products made with FiberFort™ are tested to be the best* in colour, taste, texture and bite. These meat substitutes thus meet the needs of the rapidly growing group of flexitarians and (lacto and ovo) vegetarians.

The Blue Butcher thinks it is high time for a full range of tasty meat substitutes. Because everyone likes to have a day without meat once in a while, but with recognisable products with which you can prepare familiar dishes. Together with retailers, wholesalers and food service companies, we provide tasty alternatives for meat lovers.
The Blue Butcher stands for:
Our products are made with the best ingredients. And, of course, with fantastic flavour! Our production process ensures that our products have the same texture, structure and bite as a meat product. We work with various raw materials such as soy, wheat, peas and rice; naturally, while taking into account sustainability and transparency. Take our soy, for example, which is RTRS certified. RTRS soy is a responsible soy for which no nature areas are damaged. There is also greater concern for the soil, biodiversity and human rights.
The Blue Butcher is breaking through market conventions by packaging its meat substitutes in eye-catching blue packaging. These designs are in line with the positioning of the brand, which is not primarily aimed at vegans and vegetarians, but at the much broader group of flexitarians. This makes blue the colour code for ‘no meat today’. The Blue Butcher products are supplied in both consumer packs and bulk packs.
